1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Jobs Circuit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform use
Jobs Circuit provides a marketplace connecting job seekers with employers in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain. You may use the service for lawful personal or business hiring purposes only. You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute listings without permission
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Harass users or submit spam applications
- Attempt to bypass security or access unauthorized areas
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Job listings & applications
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and hiring decisions. Jobs Circuit does not guarantee hires, candidate quality, or employment outcomes. We may remove listings that violate our policies.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Employer plans are subject to the fees and limits described at purchase. Subscriptions renew according to plan terms unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled per our support policy.
6. Intellectual property
Jobs Circuit branding, design, and platform code are owned by Jobs Circuit or its licensors. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific hiring results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobs Circuit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits or data.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
