Job Description
Research and prototype MEV mitigation, order flow auctions, and SUAVE execution environments. You will publish findings, ship open-source tools, and collaborate with Ethereum core developers.
Requirements
• Strong background in cryptography, game theory, or systems research
• Proficiency in Rust or Go
• Familiarity with Ethereum block building and PBS
• Track record of technical writing or open-source contributions

Responsibilities
• Prototype MEV solutions and run mainnet-adjacent experiments
• Analyze builder/searcher behavior and publish research
• Contribute to MEV-Boost and related open-source repos
• Present at conferences and coordinate with validator community
