Job Description
Maintain and extend Lido's liquid staking protocol — stETH minting, withdrawal queues, and modular staking vaults. You will ship upgrades governed by the Lido DAO across Ethereum and L2s.
Requirements
• 4+ years engineering with 2+ years in blockchain
• Production Solidity experience on high-TVL protocols
• Understanding of Ethereum staking withdrawals and validator lifecycle
• Comfortable working in a DAO-governed environment

Responsibilities
• Implement protocol upgrades and staking module integrations
• Monitor on-chain metrics and propose parameter changes
• Support auditors and respond to governance forum feedback
• Coordinate multi-sig and timelock executions
